Yes, we ship using all of the major carriers. LTL is the preferred shipping method. A lift gate may be needed for some of our larger items.
Customers can pick up from the Warren Steel Specialties warehouse, by appointment only.
While shipping times can vary, you can anticipate a 1.5 to 2 week turnaround from the time of order placement.

Depending on the product, assembly can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
No, tools are not included. Common tools, like a screwdriver and wrench, may be needed for assembly.
In case of parts shortages or defects, please report to our Customer Service / Warranty Department and describe the missing or defective part.
