Fulfillment

Order Processing Period

Unless otherwise notified, all orders are entered into our system within 2 business days of receipt. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST.

Warren Steel Specialties Orders:

Within 2 business days of an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Back Orders

Items on back order are typically not noted on the website. Please call to ask about availability of items if you need your order fulfilled immediately. If an item goes on back order, we will reserve one of the incoming units for you, and once the item(s) are in stock we will reach out to coordinate the pick-up, shipment, or installation date of the order. When all items are available, we will ship the order.

Shipping

Warren Steel Specialties Guidelines

  • All 2 and 3-tier tire racks are shipped via LTL freight on a standard enclosed tractor trailer truck due to the length of the packages. LTL shipping may take longer than a standard package. Please anticipate 3 to 10 days to receive your rack. Timeframe depends on your location.

  • Our shipping carriers will most often reach out to schedule a delivery date and timeframe for any LTL freight shipment. Please reach out to the carriers directly to adjust scheduled delivery dates and times.

  • All other Warren Steel Specialties products are shipped through FedEx or UPS –larger quantity orders as the exception.

  • Shipping rates provided are through one of our commonly used carriers. Please notify us of any preferred carriers at the time of the order to ensure accurate shipping rates.

Policy

After the order processing period, we typically have the order shipped out in 2-3 business days, unless back ordered. A typical transit period is 3-4 days. Anticipate 1.5 to 2 weeks turnaround time from when the order is placed to when the product arrives at the truck terminal or shipping destination. Please note that shipping rates do not include accessorial charges, including but not limited to liftgate services, residential delivery, and limited access charges.

Order Tracking

For all Warren Steel Specialties orders, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Any order cancelled prior to shipment can be refunded for the full amount of the order less any credit card fees. Any returned item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Any product exchanges and the associated fees will be handled on a per case basis. Any orders shipped through third-party carrier accounts will need to be returned using that shipping account. We are not authorized to submit any damage claims on behalf of any third-party shipping account. Please email orders@warrensteel.com for all return authorization numbers, shipping instructions, and product exchanges.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
